Check Out

Check out time is strictly 10am, should you wish to request a late check out, this must be agreed to at the beginning of your stay and may incur an additional charge. Late departure will result in an additional charge being made.

Hot Tub

Should you wish to use the hot tub, we kindly ask that you bring your own towels. Use of the pod towels will incur a charge of £10 per towel.

Pets

Unfortunately we do not accept any pets of any kind at this time due to allergies. If a pet is brought onsite we will ask you to vacate the premises immediately.

Smoking

Our property is a strictly no smoking/vaping property indoors should this rule be broken, it will incur an additional £100 fine to cover the additional cleaning and you will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

Smoking is permitted outside the property.

Vehicles

We provide on-site parking. Whilst your car is parked on our property, we do not accept any liability for any accidents or damages to your vehicle. We currently do not offer vehicle charging points. Vehicles MUST NOT be charged from the property sockets, should this rule be broken, it will incur an additional £100 fine and you will be asked to leave immediately, without refund. It is VERY DANGEROUS to charge any vehicle from the properties electrics.

Energy

Use energy sensibly, little things like turning off lights when you leave the room, think when you turn up the heating, this all contributes towards more sustainable homes and positively impact the environment.

Liability

We take no responsibility for your personal possessions whilst in the property, any possessions left in the property are done so at your own risk.

Cleaning

We would like to think you would treat the property as you would your own home and at the end of the holiday the property is left in a clean and tidy condition. We retain the right to make an additional charge for cleaning should the property not be left in a similar condition to the way it was found at the start of the holiday.

Breakages

You should make every effort to keep the property, fixtures & fittings and all contents in the same condition as at the start of the holiday. Any accidental damage or breakages should be reported to us prior to departure.

We retain the right to make an additional charge for damage and breakages although it should be noted that minor breakages and reasonable wear & tear (in our opinion) will not be charged for.

Complaints

Every endeavour is made to ensure your stay with us is memorable for all the right reasons. However, we do recognise that from time to time things do go wrong. In these circumstances, it is the responsibility of you to make any such problems known to us immediately as it becomes apparent, thereby giving us the opportunity to correct the situation. Unless this procedure is followed, no subsequent claim will be entered. We will make every endeavour to rectify any identified problems a soon as is reasonably possible.
